Clinic Policies: Enhancing Your Experience

We are committed to providing you with the best possible therapeutic experience. To ensure all clients receive focused attention, please be aware of the following:

- Appointment Confirmation: We will do our best to send you a reminder but ultimately it is your responsibility on keeping your schedule appointment.

Please respond promptly to confirm or reschedule at Least 24. hrs prior to your reservation.

- Late Arrivals: We understand that delays can happen. If you anticipate arriving late, please notify us immediately. Your session may still need to end at the originally scheduled time to avoid disrupting the next client's appointment. You will be responsible for the full session fee.

- Rescheduling and Cancellations (24-Hour Policy): We reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

- Less than 24 Hours' Notice or No-Shows: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to show for a scheduled appointment, will result in a charge for of the scheduled service fee and any further reservations will have to be prepaid. This helps us honor the time commitment of our therapists.
